@vickysteeves this is a baffling article that almost seems satirical. comparing open-access tools (unauthorized sites!!) to racketeers/mobsters while suggesting that trad. publishers are owed their due lest that money go away from libraries anyway (and the threat of a lack of preservation?). it doesn't make sense. For the children!!
