So the infinite #beer this time was extremely sweet -- a huge change from the mouth-puckering legends of sourdough past.
This is because I threw straight table sugar into the bottle, without the barley malt -- and TBH without measuring. It was drinkable after a squirt of lemon, and had a decent fizz to it, but it wasn't striking.
My next infinite beer will be 2 beers, one with sugar, the other with barley malt syrup, just to see the diff...
