I have a #DM questionnaire for interviewing players - this gives me detailed information on how to build a game around them and whether they'll fit what I want.
My current players all really wanted puzzles, mystery, and high stakes play - and boy howdy have I ever fulfilled that. So far they figured out 2/3 puzzles in the first room.
The sorta-moral here is be careful what you ask for. Cue Salem Evil Laughter. Alsoooo leave lots of clues for players. #DnD
