@tiphra mind you, my definition of “doing yoga” is literally just 10 minutes of the same damn exercise. all i do is throw on a pair of lazy pants, stand on yoga mat, do those exercises, job's done. honestly don't have the brainpower to do anything else.
like, honestly it's nothing complicated, just two sun salutations, maybe twice the ashtanga-A variant, but still...
