now, take that example and add love. spending your time in school having friends, falling in love, making memories you’ll cherish. legitimately being happy despite the circumstances. instead of working alone, you could live with a partner you love, and have children who love you. you could have a family, and be surrounded by those you love day by day. retirement could mean spending time with your family, and old friends, and visits from your children, and their children

@taiz life seems pretty bleak if you think about it, we spend a quarter of it going through school instead of pursuing our passions and then we spend 2/3 of whats left working as glorified slaves (if we’re lucky that is), then we spend the rest of our time rotting in a retirement home alone when we aren’t strong enough to work to make some rich guy richer anymore
