To a large extent, sure - but that doesn't mean we should make it worse in the name of sacrificing the few (especially since they tend to be low on the socio-economic scale to begin with) to benefit the many....that gets into such a slippery slope....

Interesting concept, and would certainly address a large portion of the housing crisis, but leaves a gaping hole (at least in as much as the article detailed the Georgian economic model) of farming/food production - without including active farmland in the "productive land", it would drive any but the massive corporate farms out of existence...
