How do you guys personally control your anxiety? I am not feeling like I can face a week of commuters and coworkers.

@stoof I did some reading on cortisol and adrenaline (the fight or flight reflex), and I'm learning to pause and become mindful of when these flood into my system. Slowly, its becoming reflexive - "monitor the cortisol level" kind of thing. This has been very helpful.

@stoof I do *very* potent psychedelics because literally everything else was a failure and somehow :lsd: isn't. Ymmv.
