Negroni Sbagliato
1 ounce Campari
1 ounce sweet vermouth (I recommend Carpano Classico)
3 ounces Prosecco spumante
Garnish: orange wheel
Build Campari and vermouth in a rocks glass on ice. Top with prosecco, stir gently and garnish with the orange wheel.
