Whenever you feel angry, imagine that you're a blind man in a crowded room with a sword that doesn't have a handle.
That sword is your anger, and if you draw that sword in the crowded room by lashing out with harsh words or violent actions, you have no way of knowing who you might wound. You might cut the person who angered you. You might cut an innocent bystander. You won't be able to tell until it's too late.

Finally, and worst of all, you're still hurting yourself even if by some miracle your stroke slices only air instead of flesh. The sword has no hilt, and it cuts your hands as you grasp it.
For all of these reasons, you should careful about when you yield to your anger. Don't draw that sword unless you're absolutely sure you're justified in doing so.
