I've started roughing out Shattered Guardian, focusing on dialogue and character conflict. The logical extension is to start by writing a . :)

Fountain (fountain.io/) syntax for screenwriting is handy for this, and Screenplain (screenplain.com) takes my plaintext and converts to HTML or Final Draft Pro format.
