@starbreaker Valid thoughts. But do social movements begin with the masses? Seems like they always begin with a group that has a lot of money to spend on marketing, be it commercial, political, theological.

@SteveJohnson I can't answer that; I'm not a sociologist.

I'm just some long-haired metalhead from New York with delusions of erudition who dropped out of college, codes for a living, and writes shitty science fantasy on my lunch breaks. :)
