@juno The problem is that if you want to reach the people, you have to reach them where they are. People don't visit my website. I get more engagement here than I do from people clicking a mailto link and sending me a message.
@starbreaker Yeah, I already have a handmade website that's content driven. I guess my point was that we're discussing the problem via social media and "always-on," as the author calls it. I'm in complete agreement with everything he says.
