So I’ve been a Slackware user for a really long time, periodically though, I’ll move to a different distribution to see what colour the grass is. Today I stepped into the Void (Linux). Rolling release, dependency checking, probably has Pam… it’s skeery!
@rascalking no worries, void’s documentation is pretty sparse so far, but it looks like a lot of Arch stuff can be ‘ported’ in one way or another.
@somethingeloquent this is the first I've ever heard of void. (ex-slackware user, jumped ship when they made gnome a pain to install) looking forward to trying it out. thanks for mentioning it!
