Public radio reporting that it was "not an accident". Truck apparently ran into crowd. Police suspect further attacks may be coming. If you have the option, please stay away. Keep safe.
Public transport has been shut down. Reports of shooting at a second site in the city. One person arrested, according to the Prime Minister's press conference.
Police are expanding the blocked off area in central Stockholm. If you can, stay away.
