this workshop is so good though. so rad to hear that what you've been doing as a therapist - what carlerogers was doing as a therapist three or four generations ago! - is being confirmed by modern neurological research etc
specifically this idea that crucial things to getting to a better place wrt trauma history include declining empathy for yourself, a coherent life narrative, and learning to have a congruent affect
wow I don't even remember what I was going for but 'declining' is definitely the wrong word here. finding? developing? oof
