because last time I tried it... it was bad
and slow
slower than it has any right to be
@grainloom I find the UI just fine, though a caveat on all this is I haven’t used the video calling.
Re: slowness, app-launch time (decrypting received messages) can still be a bit slow, though on iOS app it seems to be a max of 5 seconds these days. Once open/decrypted, I find it snappy enough.
Obvs it’s not p2p.... there might be something that checks off more of your boxes.
