@salmon_cannon Enjoy! Relax! It's been too long since my first time running a game, so I don't have good advice. But I can tell you it's a hoot!

* You will be bad. This is OK - other newbies won't know and experienced folks will be forgiving.
* Use premade modules, and read the entire book/series before running it.
* Addendum to above: check for online errata/notes/hints - lots of great help from forum discussions.
* Have an end point set in advance ~2-6 months.
* Think about what you liked/disliked as a player.
* Watch other groups run games.
* Remember the Rule of Cool.
* Use premade PCs. There's lots available.
