Worked out semi-seriously for the first time in four weeks (I've had some health stuff that killed my momentum, among other things). A 20-odd minute Jessica Smith thing for beginners, and it turned out to be rough to get through. I might have been more under the weather than I thought.
@rhorsman Start small and don't push yourself and get hurt! That's advice I'm trying to take, getting back in to physical therapy. I always want to see results, do a lot the first few days and hurt myself :-P
