Was in the spirit of #lexember a few days ago, here's some of the fruit of my train journey:
fura, v. blow
mafura, v. breathe
chatta, v. jerk, tug, jump
machatta, v. cough
fuan, n. cloud
iwashi, n. sky
but should 'wind' (n.) be:
hafure, 'that which blows'; or
hafuru, 'that which is blown' ?
@typhlosion Ooh, I reckon the speakers would see the wind as self-animated, I guess hafure it is!
@quinterbeck i suggest 'that which blows' (i.e. blows other things)
but 'that which is blown' (by... what?) might have interesting implications for the worldview of the language's speakers
