Which Mastodon instances do extensive blocking of other fediverse instances?

@pybyte unable to follow and removed, basically everything going through this server is filtered for these instances, as I understand it.

@pybyte What do you call extensive? Awoo.space for example works with a whitelist, but that's pretty much it. Most block the 3/4 really unregulated others.
