1/2: I have been working with an exercise physiologist and a dietitian for two years. This has been hard, but I am stronger, more active, and I have about 25kg.
Having just got my new jeans back from the tailors I am now head-to-toe in my first serious clothes purchases in 4 or 5 years. I feel great, I look fucking good, and I am comfortable in my own skin for the first time in what feels like forever.
This is not strength of character, or a weakness that I have overcome.
