I hate peer performance reviews. Nothing like having my coworkers anonymously tell me all the things I'm doing wrong.
@Guide42XYZ Oh, I like that. I know a /lot/ of companies have been abandoning the performance review system.

@nsqe Also very hard to anonymize those things---but an excellent way to stir anger and bitterness within an organization. Would probably be better to be upfront and transparent with an OKR-style system without the anonymity. #OKR https://weekdone.com/resources/objectives-key-results #management
