@CountZero it's a date/time format standard : https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/ISO_8601
basically a rant against people who use "Wed Apr 02 2014 21:00:00" or (M)M/(D)D/(YY)YY or (D)D/(M)M/(YY)YY with (parts of) days or months names mixed in
dates and times are a mess :p
