The new GeForce Partner Program #GPP by #NVIDIA does not seem to be fully transparent nor consumer friendly. Hopefully, enough people will complain or there will be a threat of hurt sales and they'll roll it back, or the plan will backfire and the newly created, alternate gaming brands will garner some attention and get some marketshare. I feel like fines or financial hits are the only way these companies listen.
