@luckymushroom Maybe time for a med check with your Dr.? antidepressants are not a one size fits all thing, maybe need a change?

It depends on the antidepressant, the dose you're on, and how the med interacts with your body. But yes, the word "antidepressant" can be a misnomer depending on those interactions!

FWIW, if you can, maybe try a Happy Light or similar. The tricyclic antidepressant I'm on does a good job of keeping me on a more even keel, but these short days are difficult nonetheless. Using a full spectrum light each morning helps greatly.
