No you cannot
But you still can click on them on the local or federated timeline, right?

@kingkoronov Some people make an #introductions post that includes hashtags of things they're interested in. Then when someone is searching for topics, your introduction post will show up. (and of course you can search hashtags, too).
write the hashtag #Introduction
and the intro yourself :-)
@kingkoronov I started by watching the local and federated timeline for people/conversations that seemed interesting.
I also aggressively filtered out bots and topics that were the opposite to me.
I believe there are also tools to look for people you follow on Twitter to see if they are here if that helps, but I'm guessing by your profile you weren't a big twitter user.
