My butt hurts from interval training and the only solution I know involves more pain.

@JordiGH Perhaps. It does feel like more stretching would have helped after running, though. The tools pictured all allow for self massage. But in trying to write this note I did some duckducking and Wikipedia says it is not supported by evidence! Wtf am I doing?
