@applecandy The grain used is mostly "spelt". I have never heard of this word before but my online dictionary tells me that this is the translation for "Dinkel". https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Spelt
@kensanata oh yes. I’ve bought spelt flour myself for a recipe!
This was when my disaster happened of not realising to stick poppy seeds last at the top! Tho turned out most of them didn’t drop down into the dough!
Dunno if the top contraction is faulty 🤔
