Found this old acer iconia a510 in the trash bin. It's from 2012. I guess it has been trashed due to a failed update - and I guess the battery is dead.
Fastboot seems OK. Let's install twrp :)
I can't unlock the bootloader, and the recovery menu is also deleted (indicates boot failure). It seems FUBAR :-/
