@josheikenberry you got to love cheap US house prices. In Sydney you need 1-1.5mil to buy a house. 700000 for an apartment
@RealCiderReviews I paid literally 10% of that quoted apartment price for an entire house downtown. Flyover states where nothing happens are fun. :)
@josheikenberry wow I recently saw an auction in my street. The house was in ruins of it was listed for $800,000 and sold for $1.2mil plus tax
