@Rasgueado yes. Constant noise can be more easily pushed to the background. Noisy drunk people at 1 am, loud conversations directly below my head? They blare and scare.
@jason appalling! Why didn't the architect design that window to overlook a small woodland stream instead? Or is it something the cheapskate builder picked up on clearance sale at Home Dept?
@jason it's arguably far more debilitating than constant traffic.
