Every 3-5 years? However as stress goes up so do mistakes.

Good point. This wasn't the first time. Wreaks havoc on the nerves. But people are so dependent that even five minutes of down email seems like a disaster.

@generica personally I could do with my email being gotten for 5 minutes. 30 would be even better.
