@forteller Ah yeah, I remember when that was first reported.
@forteller Yes, and its been going on for decades. Until #spycops came to light it was thought that only the stasi did this kind of thing to people. Spycops methods are a disruption tactic more aimed at the group than the individual, although there obviously are severe consequences for individuals. Fortunately it must take a lot of resources and a special kind of psychopath to carry out this type of surveillance, so the number of deployed spycops is probably small.
