I appear to have just ordered my first handheld #HamRadio. This is kind of a new thing for me. I've been back in the hobby for a few years but I've been strictly HF, nothing higher than 10m. (#MorseCode FTW!)
That said, it'll be good in #JacksonHole, where I don't always have an HF rig.

@nivex A Yaesu FT-60. Dual band and had the advantage of being a good price. We'll see how much I actually use it beyond kerchunking repeaters. ;)
@filkerdave Looks like there's a couple Echolink repeaters near you, so the likelyhood of going beyond kerchunking is non-zero :)
