@nirak Emissions like this that cross state lines should be controlled at the federal level under the commerce clause. :angry:
@emdeesee My coworker said that they deliberately do it when wind won't blow toward KC or Wichita. <angry face> They could also do smaller burns though so it is dispersed. Makes me so mad.
@nirak I blame Brownback, not only because he's convenient to blame for nearly everything wrong with Kansas, but also because he's probably responsible.
