Serious question: I assume my mastoclan has at least a mild interest in my books, so I should announce here. But how often is too often?

My natural inclination, on any platform, is one and done.

I've grown to accept that on birdsite, I have to tweet out book announcements several times, over several days, in the hope of catching eyeballs.

I want to say masto is newer, with smaller TLs, and once for ebook & then paper is enough. Or is that my usual embarrassment talking?
