I woke today feeling good that I have a concert coming up, but not really as excited for the opportunity to run away from home for a night to go to it. I finally feel safe and comfortable. Either I'm just getting old or I'm settling down. Is there a difference?
@stillinhere Age is (mostly) just a number. Sounds like settling down
@divineeris It's an odd feeling. A theme Marillion altered for the idea of "remainers" and "leavers" is that some people naturally gravitate to being content at home while others must travel (as entertainers) to be happy. Perhaps it's not a static thing. I used to be a leaver, but feel myself becoming a remainer.
@stillinhere I'm plenty adventurous but always return to base.
As for Brexit/the EU I voted for us to join and haven't changed my mind since.
But for me it's sheer rationality
