I would recommend #smallpoems and #smallstories as a beginning.
Of course, #mastoart is good...for seeing creatives' work.
Both offer thought-provoking interactions.

Hard to tell, it's all depending what you like.
I personally mostly follow art related tags (mastoart, dailysketchchallenge (obviously, because i'm giving the topics this month😉), pixelart, etc...)
