* The five-minute intro song they had commissioned for the show that stopped being clever about one minute into the first episode.
* "And now the latest tech news" that's three weeks old and 2 hours too long.
* "Here's a rundown of the latest packages released since our last episode"
* "I was on podcast 1 where we talked about podcast 2 in their episode about podcast 3 which lead to an interesting discussion on podcast 4 that was tangentially related to [STACK OVERFLOW]"
* "I was on podcast 1 where we talked about podcast 2 in their episode about podcast 3 which lead to an interesting discussion on podcast 4 that was tangentially related to Stack Overflow being discussed on podcast 5 that [STACK OVERFLOW]"
