Question. Anyone with JUST an @name is on the same instance with you. The longer names mean they are NOT on the instance, yes?

@cardhouse Wondering as I have some people following me with just @names and some without,
@Samizdata So you must be on Octodon, as I see you as the short username.
@Samizdata It reminds me (a tiny bit) of how email used to work, in that you could specify a path that the mail would take from node to node ("bang paths").
@cardhouse Right then. Trying to wrap my head around how this all works. Not all that familiar with the nodal network idea.
