Ben Seymour @bseymour

Well continues to (predominantly) impress, and so I'm going to try joining some other instances (as well as probably setting up my own instance now that I know about the activities of @hugo ) - though I'm not yet sure how sustainable that will be...

I now also exist on toot.cafe as bseymour@toot.cafe

It looks like the export/import of followers/blocks has worked well, so I'll start trying to thread the accounts together.

'How will it end?'

@bseymour I ask myself the same question 'How will it end?' but the fun part is not knowing, right? ;) This could be all vapor and it could be huge/good/bad or something in the middle but we will only know in the end. Right now feels exciting.

@bseymour You got an app that lets you sign in as multiple accounts?

@AverageMarcus I'm using two approaches - there is an ipad app 'Oyakodon' which lets you swipe between accounts (though has adverts).
And on desktop, as each instance is a separate domain I keep different tabs logged into each instance - using a browser that I don't usually use (Safari) and with notifications allowed.... which is working surprisingly well.

@bseymour I'd quite like a tweetdeck-like site that allows you to login to multiple instances. Not sure how feasible it is across different domains though. I'd quite like to join some more niche instances but don't want to deal with having to check multiple sites.

@AverageMarcus that was exactly what I would love too.... and certainly happy to support some enterprising developer/team if they were to crowdsource the funding for it

@AverageMarcus yes indeed... though I've not currently got any android devices
