Sometimes I have Facebook open and I'm looking right at it and then I go to open Facebook in a new tab. Like, that is how AUTOMATIC checking Facebook is for me. #gross

@brittanieshey I'm glad I'm not the only one. Two weeks ago I logged myself out of FB and birdsite on all my devices just so I wouldn't keep mindlessly scrolling the feed. It's impressive how many times I've clicked on the bookmark to go there out of sheer fidget habit. I see the login prompt and remember to go do something else.
@nivex I deleted Fb form my phone then reinstalled it a few days later because any time I needed to look up, for example, event details I couldn't find them anywhere else. It's gross how dependent we are on it.
@brittanieshey I sometimes do that with twitter. I have to stop myself.
