@plesuvius wise choice, rare burgers are a terrible idea.
@plesuvius I'm not an expert but I think it's probably because you need to use particular cuts for steak, but you can throw pretty much anything in to mince. Also decent steaks need to be aged, which uses more storage etc.
@benofbrown I understand this but I don't understand why minced beef is over twice as cheap as a steak. Surely it's the same bleedin product (sorry Vegans don't mean to trigger y'all) why is the price so different? I am shook.
