the kind of rough and ready good shape you get in by just having a really physically demanding job. we've always liked that kind :)

@quartzwing shitty low end manual labor jobs aren't hard to find and don't ask for much qualifications. we recommend warehouse. about the hardest part it'd ask from you is a consistent sleep schedule, I think.
