I'm sitting in a hospital waiting room while my wife gets prepped for surgery. She's getting a mastectomy today because she has two tumors in her left breast.
They just went through final prep and wheeled Catherine into the OR. Since I live a quarter mile away and signed up for updates via text I'm going to wait at home where I can pet one of my cats.
