That said, I'm already having a hard time figuring out how to follow friends on other instances. specifically .club and .social, which I *thought* were federated here. Bloody hell.
@Winneganfake you can search them, or if you already know their username, it's @{{username}}@{{instance}}
@tristan AH. I'd been leaving out instance. figured usernames were unique at-large, not instance-specific.
@Winneganfake they are (or at least .social is for sure), but folks' usernames across server are <username>@othersite and you have to search for them that way. Following works the same across federations, but may take a few to start trickling in.
