Sorry dude. I'm not going to pass your #uber inspection with bald tires just because so and so at some other shop said it's fine. Their name isn't on it.
I find a small amount of joy keeping unsafe cars off the road since this craphole state has no safety inspection and I can't believe some of the shotboxes I'm forced to share the road with here. It's my only hollow victory.
Plus the interior was disgusting.
