Also: How much energy does it take to fly? If it's like running, well, I don't run a lot already. Superman is a really poor indicator since he can run for days and not tax himself, so maybe flying is super exertion but he also lifts cars casually, so.

@benhamill I think as long as we're talking about superpowers that don't exist (YET), we can also assume that proper flight would be fairly effortless. If I were designing a superpower, I'd make them as easy as possible.
