I've noticed that when I wake up at night, I lately use the time as if it's some extra time to read news or browse the internet.
This is highly problematic. If I continue to use the time I need to regenerate and relax for such crap, it may very well form a behavioural pattern which may ingrain itself even further, furthering my sleep problems.
Guess I will have to put my phone FAR away from now on.
