Between my profile page and the Stonekettle group, I bring a quarter of a million people to Facebook every day.
And they suspended me because I reported a guy that was threatening me with physical harm.
Frankly, I'm not surprised Zuckerberg takes his paycheck in rubles.
@craigmaloney @Stonekettle Patreon. His minions send him money through monthly Patreon donations. Worth every penny.

Also, he can send us to another platform, but many (most?) of us continue to use Facebook regularly for a multitude of reasons, and it's an easy access platform for someone like me.
@Stonekettle For that reason? That makes no sense.
@Stonekettle Facebook administration feels to me like a faceless blob behind an impenetrable wall, with thinking that defies prediction or understanding. I've had friends in my hobby group (cookies, for god's sake) suspended. How do you get suspended over royal icing?
Your content is thought-provoking and fascinating, and I'm glad you seem willing to put up with the madness to get it there.
@Stonekettle I'm boggled by this. Literally boggled. FB seems to have some serious issues with accountability within their own organization.
@Stonekettle I'm baffled by how they are handling the abuse of their systems.
Facebook is empowering the far right & gun nuts, and they're doing it not out of political policy, but pure greed.
The owner of the company I work for once the only color he cared about when it came to his customers, was green. If they had the green, they were alright by him.
Facebook seems to be the same, but with an added healthy dose of Automated algorithms, with little oversight
@Stonekettle Is most of your audience paying you via Facebook ads or are there other means for you to monetize an audience on another platform?
'course there is also the question of getting your audience to another platform. :-/
